Not so bad

Today, volunteer day was not so bad. I guess it's because I was all mentally prepared to deal the overzealousity that I ran into last month. It was nothing like that, though. It was a laid back and quiet day. I think I really helped out, which is the whole reason I volunteer. I think it also helps when the kids see the parents around the school and stuff. There is one area that I really can do with out volunteering in, and that's lunch monitoring. I don't know why. I have done it in the past, but now I just find other stuf to do. Maybe it's because as the kids get bigger, they want me to stand back while they do their thing.
